How long does the outdoor sensor last on one set of batteries?
About 12 months on the standard AA set, longer with the optional solar panel.
Will it work with my 5GHz Wi-Fi network?
The station connects over 2.4GHz. Most dual-band routers broadcast both — pick the 2.4GHz network during setup.
Do I need to mount it on a pole, or can it sit on a table?
Both work. A pole gives cleaner wind and rain readings; the included stand is fine for a patio table.
Does it work in extreme cold or heat?
Yes. The outdoor sensor is rated from -4°F to 140°F (-20°C to 60°C).
Can I see the data when I am not at home?
Yes — the free app shows live readings and history from anywhere with an internet connection.
Is there a monthly fee for the app?
No. The app and 7-day history are included at no cost.
What if my sensor stops working?
Email support and we will troubleshoot or replace it under the 1-year warranty.
Can I add more sensors later?
